The pillow quality is good but it just didn’t quite work for me so I've returned it. But I’ve never had such a smooth refund process before. I emailed about returning it and got a fast reply. Refund came through very fast no back and forth. Great customer service!

No more stiff neck

Firm but comfy

At first it felt a little weird because the support kind of hugs your neck. But after a few nights I really started to love it. It’s firm but still soft and my morning headaches and shoulder pain are gone. Took a couple nights to get used to but now I can't sleep without it.
